We are responsible for the processing of personal data as stated in this privacy policy.

GIZELY collects personal data when you place an order or register for services offered by GIZELY. By registering, you accept that GIZELY will collect your personal data. In order to process your order, check for fraud and fulfill your order and because of the contractual agreements between you and GIZELY we need to collect and store the following data:

If you are paying with iDEAL your details will be stored in our records which makes is easy for us to process any returns. Would you rather pay by credit card? You will then be redirected from our secure payment environment to an external payment environment.

According to the tax authorities we need to keep our administration with invoice-, payment and order data for seven years.
